Star Global acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee job placement. The final hiring decision rests solely with the employer.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
